By downloading, installing, or using FuQi (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

FuQi is a mobile application that provides digitally generated feng shui readings, Chinese metaphysics insights, tarot readings, compatibility analysis, and related wellness content. All readings are generated for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information during registration and onboarding.
• You may not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission.

• FuQi uses a virtual currency called “coins” to unlock certain features.
• Coins may be earned through daily check-ins, milestone rewards, or purchased via in-app purchase.
• Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred between accounts.
• All coin purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to modify coin pricing, earn rates, and feature costs at any time.

• FuQi offers a Premium subscription that unlocks additional features.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through your Apple ID or Google Play account.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's App Store or Google Play account settings.
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

• Promotional codes and vouchers may be issued at our discretion and are subject to their stated terms.
• Codes are non-transferable and may only be redeemed once per account.
• We reserve the right to expire or deactivate codes at any time without notice.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the App's source code.
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the App.
• Attempt to manipulate coin balances, streak records, or any other account data outside of normal app usage.
• Share, publish, or redistribute readings from the App as professional advice to others.

The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. All content — including feng shui readings, tarot interpretations, compatibility scores, and energy forecasts — is generated for entertainment purposes only. We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any content generated by the App. Do not make important life decisions based solely on content from FuQi.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FuQi and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
